Return and Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Does not apply for prints that have been damaged or jewelry. Does not apply for watercolor paints or art supplies that have been used. It does not apply to digital download products such as printable coloring books that have been downloaded. If something is the fault of the store and something on our end, I.e. Shatteredelegance.net or printer, return window is waved and the return is on us, regardless of the length of time and we'll cover the cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (normally, a lot shorter of a time period). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Contact@shatteredelegance.net. If they're taking that long, something's not right and I'll be more than happy to fight with them, because I'll be pretty mad, right along with you. Not only has something gone wrong, but now I have a mad customer who has waited more than 15 days with a bad item and isn't happy; so I'll be pretty mad too.

Once you email us to inquire or initiate a return and it's accepted, you'll be immediately within 3 business days (or sooner) emailed instructions on how to return your item. Initiating the return is done via email at contact@shatteredelegance.net, including expedited processing timelines. We do not accept returns on digital items such as digital/downloadable coloring books.
Shipping information for where and how to do this will be emailed directly to you and a refund will be immediately issued for the product(s). Refunds will be immediately credited back to the customer (you) but may take 3-10 business days, depending on the bank/company's policy and procedures in place to accept the return of funds and country/place of origin.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital and Downloadable
For digital and downloadable goods, such as coloring books, you can download them from the link provided in the email after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your files, unlimited downloads, as soon as payment has been rendered and accepted in your inbox to the email provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for porch-pirates or theft of your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items that have been broken as a result of the customer (you) cannot be accepted either.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
