Shipping policy

Shipping is 1-3 weeks expected delivery time. I ship fast; there's no two ways around that. I work with a third-party print fulfillment company that helps me create all my prints and they're really fast at production and I pick my products so they're fast out the door; some of the products are handmade and ship immediately. If I get the order, it's out the door the same day or the first the in the morning of the next.

If you have any issues with shipping or tracking a package, please email Contact@shatteredelegance.net. Packages are mailed out quickly and expedited; I like fast packages and try to meet that same quota for customers as well. All Packages will contain a tracking number so you can see where your package is and expected arrival time.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will try and make every order right in any way possible; just reach out (contact@shatteredelegance.net) and we will work with you to help get your package/item(s) to you or figure out what happened. This might come as a shock, but I'm a real person and I want my packages too, so I actually care if you get yours, especially if it comes from my site.
